Super Duper Tutu Set - Rainbow Sparkle

Taking a twist on Super Hero's ! Or Pop Stars !

The rainbow iridescent lined cape has a gold star on the back!  There are scattered stars on the tutu skirt, and features a satin wrapped waistband with a small piece of round felt on the back to hold them securely to the tulle.  The skirt has a peplum finish along with two layers of tulle with a fantastic crinkle metallic bottom lining layer.

The masks are double sided and have a lightning bolt feature to match the set perfectly.
