Shipping and Returns

Here at The Fairy Princess we aim to get your order dispatched to you as smoothly and as quickly as possible, standard delivery is dispatched normally within 48 working hours of receipt of your order and goods being delivered thereafter within 3/5 days.  We do send processing and delivery updates, please do check your junk mail before contacting us with regard to delivery as these normally end up here !  *Please note due to COVID there can be unforseen delivery delays that we have no control over.

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail/ MyHermes courier and these are traceable should any problems arise. We aim to treat each parcel dispatched as if it were being sent to our own home.

  • Standard UK Mainland Delivery £3.95,
  • Royal Mail 1st class £6.99
  • European and Worldwide delivery – £12.99 International Signed For
  • We do offer a “Express 24 Hour” dispatch service, for orders placed Monday through to 2pm Thursday. Orders can be placed after this, through to 12 noon Friday though these are not guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive on Saturday but following Monday. In most cases parcels are delivered but to remote parts of the UK delivery may be Monday.
  • Saturday guaranteed delivery, all orders to be received before 12 noon the Friday before.
  • TO CONFIRM EXPRESS DELIVERY we advise to please email us, or via the contact us page, upon ordering, and the team will be happy to assist you.   PLEASE NOTE : Orders must be placed before 12.00 noon to guarantee delivery the next working day.
  • Should an order be placed, and delivered to another name please rest assured that we do not send invoices with the orders, just a packing slip to enable the receiver to know exactly who has ordered the item(s) and other details, but no price is shown.
  • We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, you can return the item(s) within 21 days commencing the next working day after the item(s) were posted to you. Items are to be returned in original condition with tags attached in a saleable condition.  You must notify us by email within 5 days of receipt that you will be returning the item(s) to the warehouse address. We will not accept returns after 21 days have passed.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
  • Should you experience a delay or start to think your parcel may have become lost in transit, please contact us within 4 weeks of placing your order.  We cannot open a claim after 4 weeks with the courier, and are therefore unable to help.
  • Refunds will be automatically issued within 24 hours upon receipt of the goods, to the same method of payment at the time of ordering. Please note postage charges will not be refunded unless the item is found faulty. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be returned (this is the bank processing time).
  • When returning unwanted item(s) please use an insured and traceable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We are not held responsible for items lost in post.  Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, with tags still attached and in the original packaging and returned to us at:   The Fairy Princess, Unit 42 Berwick Court Farm, Alfriston Road, Berwick, East Sussex BN26 5QS. Please don’t forget to enclose details as we find it difficult to refund if we can’t work out which order it is.  Please reorder or email us if an alternative size is required.
  • For cancellations, please contact as soon as possible to avoid the item(s) being dispatched, as once the item is sent out for delivery there is no way to return the item until it arrives at the address given for delivery.
